Norwegian has been working with Runway/Webhelp in Benalmadena, Spain, since 2014. Starting with 20 employees, the company have steadily grown up to currently 450 people doing a variety of tasks for Norwegian in Benalmadena. Such as answering phone calls in a variety of languages, claims, customer support and social media.
The need for a larger office space became very clear about three years ago. In Scandinavian House we have been involved in all phases, from planning the layout of our office to choosing technical solutions. We are very much looking forward to moving in and giving our employees the best working environment to serve our customers the best way, says Edward Thorstad.

When we acquired Runway in May 2018, we immediately identified Benalmadena as an interesting site with a lot of potential for further growth. Access to people with a wide range of language skills and a very competitive salary level really attracted our attention.
In December 2018 WebHelp also acquired Sellbytel, a major BPO company located in the region, and we started looking for opportunities to extend the business further in this area. One of the major tasks was to optimize the operations, with top priority finding an office space that could accommodate all our employees under the same roof.
Scandinavian House was exactly what we were looking for; first class offices, great location and top infrastructure, enabling us to offer our employers a working environment in line with the way Webhelp wants to appear. In the new office we hope to be even more attractive to employees and existing and potential new customers.
