When we acquired Runway in May 2018, we knew that Benalmadena is an interesting site with a lot of potential for further growth. The access to people with a wide range of language skills and expertise really attracted our attention.
In September 2018 Webhelp acquired Sellbytel, an major international BPO company which is also located in the region, and we started looking for opportunities to further expand the business in this area. One of the major tasks was to merge the operations by finding an office space that could accommodate all our employees under the same roof.
Scandinavian House was exactly what we were looking for; first class offices, great location and top infrastructure, enabling us to offer our employers a working environment that is in line with Webhelp through creating – a WOW place to work at. In this new office, we will be even more attractive to our employees as well as existing and potential new clients.

Norwegian has been working with Runway/Webhelp in Benalmadena, Spain, since 2014. Starting with 20 employees, the company has grown steadily and currently employs over 250 people in a variety of job functions covering all aspects of Customer Care including assisting customers over the phone, claims handling and responding to customer questions and posts via social media. Customer support is provided in 6 languages.
The need for a larger office space became clear about two years ago. Scandinavian House have kept us involved in all phases of the project, from planning the layout of the office to choosing technical solutions.
